Workshop on drawing astrolabe plates in the traditional way. This was part of a program which was held in the Mathematics Village near Eskişehir, October 24-25, 2022.

This workshop was a slightly revised version of the workshop which we held in Lahore, Pakistan, in February 2018 and in Algiers, November 2018. In our example the geographical latitude is 32 (Lahore).
This workshop was more complicated than the standard astrolabe workshops and the abjad workshops. However, the audience in the Mathematics Village was very motivated and well prepared in mathematics and geometry (just like the audiences in Lahore and Algiers in 2018). See the photos below of some of the high-quality drawings that were produced during the workshop.
